Now I know in the world we live in the first thing you might think is, “ok.” That fake facial expression about my energy sometimes makes those without it feel as if they don’t need that energy to make them happy or do better. That’s fine if that’s you, however why be that way?

Introduction with questions?

5! Reasons – Wish I could do more if it

Oliver Twist
  1. Building Meaningful Relationships: As a coach, you can build meaningful relationships with your clients. Corresponding to Tony Robbins, an American author, and life coach, “The quality of your life is the quality of your relationships.” Coaching allows you to get to know your clients on an individual level and work with them to reach their goals. This type of relationship can be extremely rewarding and can lead to lifelong connections.
  2. Making a Positive Impact on Society: Coaching has the capability to make a positive impact on humanity. According to Brendon Burchard, an American high-performance coach, “When you give your best, you inspire others to give their best.” By helping people achieve their goals, coaches can improve their lives and the lives of those around them. A study by the International Coach Federation (ICF) reported that 70% of people who received coaching reported improved work performance, and 80% reported increased self-confidence.
  3. Seeing the Impact of Your Work: One of the most rewarding aspects of coaching is seeing the impact of your work on others. According to Marshall Goldsmith, an American executive coach, “The only difference between successful people and very successful people is that very successful people say ‘no’ to almost everything.” When you help someone achieve their goals, whether it’s personal or professional, it’s a rewarding feeling. The ICF reported that 86% of people who received coaching found it valuable, and 99% were satisfied with their coaching experience.
  4. Helping People Reach Their Full Potential: Coaching is all about helping people reach their full potential. According to Oprah Winfrey, an American media executive, and life coach, “The biggest adventure you can ever take is to live the life of your dreams.” As a coach, you help your clients identify their strengths and weaknesses and work with them to overcome their challenges. This can be a powerful experience, and it’s one of the reasons why coaching can be so rewarding.
  5. Financial Rewards: While coaching is not a get-rich-quick scheme, it can be a lucrative profession. According to the ICF, the average hourly rate for a coach is $250 per hour. As you gain experience and build your reputation, you can earn even more. According to Brian Tracy, a Canadian American motivational speaker, “You are paid in direct proportion to the value you bring to the marketplace.” Coaching allows you to bring value to the marketplace by helping people achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

The five reasons are only a few that align with my thinking about becoming an everyday coach to people from all walks of life. There is an energy from knowing you helped someone, and ultimately for me I feel like I’m helping myself. Let me explain. Ever give someone advise, and during that session its as if you are talking to yourself to them? I feel like that at times when I am a listener and giver of support. I encourage you to check the links above and pick a book or two that may help you or may not help you. Sometimes its good to listen to others and see where they are going with topics that align in your head or our heads.
