Sometimes in our lives were going to experience things that make it tough for us to swallow and keep going. Take for instants many people are starting to try to find mindfulness, or the meaning of life from the Cosmos to the universe. Some have chosen a path of more of a righteous one like finding God. Whatever path you choose, finding your earpiece will have trials and tribulations.
Right now you are probably alone you were in a place where you don’t feel comfortable or you don’t feel safe. This is a safe place not just for you to read however to feel and understand we feel the same and we can get through this. Together is always better. I said we blogs to find my peace and calm. There’s nothing like getting lost in the book or someone’s writing.
If you find yourself trying to find spirituality or mindfulness, just know, there’s gonna be more tough times in there are going to be hard ones. I will not sugarcoat like many others and tell you that it’s all beauty and harmony. That’s the society we live in. Full of happiness and great post about our lives however, there’s a darker side to it. The one that doesn’t have all the views or all the likes.
To get through these tough times start following more positive pages or blogs. Start liking more social media post that are more in line with enlightenment. Be mindful of the snakes in the grass. Or the reverse effect of the dark psychology, we see on the web. Do you like a lot of positive things station to the negative things with you? I asked any question because I feel like I started trying to find my spirituality. I found more darker things on the web.
Take your hard lessons in your mistakes you had over the past few years write them down and start with a positive change for each one. You can do a life audit, you can go to church, or you can go to the bookstore. Lose yourself inside a great book that’s recommended by popular meters or authors on subjects are interested.

Take whatever is waiting you down and drop it off somewhere. Find a positive group on Facebook Instagram, or through the many blogs on WordPress.
You will find your peace. It will take time, however, it will be worth it. Start with getting rid of the negative the new life. Stop following that fitness enthusiast who want to tell you they spent hours a day and cooking and prepping and working out and worrying about how they look in the mirror. Follow the real influencer. The ones that show you the hardships, the ones that show you the tears in their fears.
Start by putting your phone down 30 minutes an hour. Start by thinking of ways to get more focused on what matters in that’s yourself. You matter you are enough and you can get through anything.
