So I did some research, sought the advice of people who are more knowledgeable than I am, and discovered a whole new world of tailored keto. I learned a lot from the cookie cutter diets, however I also learned to tailor it to my body based on how my body responded to the progress. I did this weekly. Yes, some say its overkill and you shouldn’t weigh in weekly, but who cares what they say, I built the mindset to know where I am constantly and where I want to be. Looking back on my effort and recognizing my progress.

My journey began with a flurry of keto books, podcasts, and “aha” moments, which are the kind of realizations that cause you to sit up straight. Suddenly, I wasn’t simply a health and fitness fanatic; I was a keto sleuth on a quest to discover the key to perfect nutrition. I also took notes and created bullet points to review and dig deeper into asking fitness pages and forums, and most importantly, I learned to see things from the perspective of others and aligned it with what is working for me. I also got rid of the cookie cutter plan as a first pass at my objective to drop weight with keto and also added in some intermittent fasting, which I will share more information about in another blog soon.

All of my effort, from the decisions I made based on the facts to the sweat I shed, contributed to the success. I was able to shed 26 pounds in a matter of weeks because to my newfound dedication.
