How to Quiet Your Mind in a Loud World? 💭

The world is loud! The mind is quiet? Or is the mind loud too? Here’s what I’m starting tin realize the more I work on my mindfulness and meditation. I have a hard time focusing and somethings you can’t take your focus off. Practicing Mindfulness takes time in a world as loud as ours.

My wife and I ordered this Mindfulness Game and it’s change the way we interact with the kids when it comes to engaging the concept of mindfulness.

Let’s begin my blog topic. Do you find it difficult to quiet your mind in this loud world? Are you so overloaded with knowledge and stimuli that it’s hard to stay in the present? You are not the only one if that’s the case. This world is crazy, so I know it’s hard to calm down. But it’s so important.

These tips have worked for me:

First, figure out what makes you stressed. Is it on Facebook? What’s up? With your coworkers? You can start to avoid those things or deal with them in a healthy way once you know what they are.

Make a calm area for yourself next. This could be your bedroom, a part of your living room, or even a bench in the park close to your house. Take care to choose a spot where you can unwind and calm down without any other people around.

Then try being mindful. For mindfulness to work, you have to pay attention to the present moment without judging it. Mindfulness can be done in a lot of different ways, like through yoga, meditation, and deep breathing techniques.

Also, make sure you get enough rest. Your mind can focus and deal with worry better when you’ve had enough rest. Try to get between 7 and 8 hours of sleep every night.

Lastly, eat good things for you. In general, eating healthy foods can make you feel better and improve your happiness. Stay away from processed foods, sugary drinks, and too much caffeine. They can make it hard to rest and concentrate.
