I’m overjoyed to announce that I’ve shed 26 pounds! I’ve been working hard on losing weight, and it’s finally paying off. I’m feeling fantastic, and I’m fired up to keep going.
I understand that losing weight isn’t always easy, but it is certainly doable. I’ve learned a lot along the way, and I’m eager to share some of my knowledge with you. What follows is only the beginning of my adventure.

Intermittent Fasting
I started intermittent fasting as one of the first things I did to jump-start my weight loss. Intermittent fasting is a way of eating that limits your eating window to a set number of hours per day. I began with 16:8 intermittent fasting, which means I fasted for 16 hours and ate for 8 hours each day. This helped me control my hunger and cravings, as well as burn more fat. Smoothie Diet for 21 Days
I decided to try the 21-day smoothie diet after a few weeks of intermittent fasting. The 21-day smoothie diet consists of simply eating smoothies for 21 days. This assisted me in resetting my dietary patterns and detoxifying my body. I also discovered that the smoothies were really full, so I wasn’t hungry all of the time.

The Keto Diet
I switched to the keto diet after the 21-day smoothie diet. The keto diet is a low-carb, high-fat eating plan that has been demonstrated to be extremely successful for weight loss. I discovered that the keto diet assisted me in losing weight swiftly and easily. I also felt more energized and committed to the keto diet.
At first I thought, wow bacon and fat all day every day, however the diet really shifts your mindset around how you eat and you learn to be more mindful. At least for me I feel as if I learned a lot by trying different recipes. There are a ton of books on Keto!

I’ve noticed a major difference in my body composition in addition to losing weight. I’ve shed a lot of fat while also gaining a lot of muscle. In pants, I’ve gone from a 44 to a 38. Oh and to share, I love GAP jeans 👖.

If you’re having trouble losing weight, I recommend that you try intermittent fasting, the 21-day smoothie diet, or the keto diet. These are all efficient weight loss approaches that might assist you in reaching your objectives.
Here are some extra weight loss tips that have helped me:
